STACK CARDS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Stack Cards, developed by Diego D'Esposito, handles information when you use the Stack Cards mobile game.
Information we collect
Stack Cards does not require an account, registration, or login. The game does not ask you to provide your name, contacts, photos, precise location, or other personal information.
Game progress, settings, stars, gold, deck choices, and other preferences may be stored locally on your device so the game can remember them. This local save data is not sent to the developer.
Advertising
Optional rewarded video ads are available only after an in-app age screen confirms that the player is at least 18 and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) indicates that an ad request is allowed. We do not request or store a date of birth. The age-choice result is stored locally on the device and is not sent to the developer. If the player is under 18, does not confirm being 18 or older, or consent does not allow ads, the app does not request ads.
When an ad request is permitted, Google AdMob may process device and advertising information, such as advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interactions, and diagnostic information, according to Google's settings and applicable consent requirements.
For more information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Children and families
Stack Cards is intended for a general audience, including players aged 13 and older. It does not ask players for their exact date of birth. Players who do not confirm that they are at least 18 can continue playing without ads. The age-eligibility choice is stored locally as described above.
Data sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Local game data remains on your device and can be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app. Information processed by Google AdMob is handled under Google's policies and retention practices.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The latest version will always be published on this page. For questions about Stack Cards or this policy, contact the developer through the contact information shown on the game's Google Play listing.
